Policies and Procedures are the strategic link between Saraf Public School’s vision and its day-to-day operations at each of the schools located across the country. Well laid out policies and procedures allow trustees, principal, teachers, parents and other important stakeholders understand their roles and responsibilities within predefined limits. In other words, policies and procedures allow management to guide operations across the school without constant intervention.

Policies and procedures address the need for consistency in the school’s day-to-day operational activities. Policies and procedures also provide clarity to the reader when dealing with accountability issues or activities that are of critical importance to the school, such as, health & safety, legal liabilities, regulatory requirements or issues that have serious consequences.
